We provide hair-care and hair-restoration products and related clinical services. 3. Orders and Acceptance

• All orders placed through the site are subject to our acceptance.
• We may cancel or refuse an order due to unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud or regulatory reasons. If payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
• You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is required in full at checkout via our secure payment gateway. We do not store full card details. Payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant providers.
• Promotions or discount codes are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently deliver within Australia only.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
• Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure your details are accurate.

6. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights

Your rights are protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please refer to our Refund & Customer Rights Policy for full details on returns, repairs, replacements and refunds, including change-of-mind conditions.

7. Product Use and Warnings

• Products are intended for external use only. Follow the instructions on labels and product pages.
• Perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional.
• Results vary between individuals. Misuse or use contrary to instructions is not our responsibility.
